Our Project Managers have developed a diverse set of specialties such as landscaping implementation, hardscape installation, and the horticultural services needed to maintain each Client’s dream garden. They are able to handle unique concerns affecting Landscaping design while working with other specialists such as Arborists, Landscape Architects, Contractors, and Masons. When designing a project, our Project Managers can choose from our expansive nursery, filled with unique and exotic plants, while also maximizing their relationships with suppliers to provide the best possible plants and hardscape materials for the Client’s space.

Crew Leaders
& Crew Members
Our Crew Leaders bring the Client’s vision to life through the direction and expertise of the Project Managers. They understand our philosophy of integrated plant management; providing each plant species what is needed, when it is needed. Working closely with the Project Managers, Crew Leaders develop a deeper understanding of how to create the best possible conditions for each plant. Crew Leaders also work diligently to maintain a schedule and meet deadlines, but they truly shine when motivating their Crew Members to develop and expand their skills.
Every landscaping project we take on is different, giving each Crew Member the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills. Both Project Managers and Crew Leaders offer direction, oversight, and feedback to ensure Crew Members can carry their newfound skills with them to all projects.
